Questions

Do you keep my dates?
No. The dates are worked out in your browser and nothing is sent to us. The page address holds the country and dates so you can reopen the result.
Which day do I enter?
Enter the day your job ended. If two days seem possible, enter the earlier one to be safe.
What if the date has passed?
File anyway and ask the office whether your claim can still be heard. Do not wait for an answer before you file.
Why does Oman ask for the day the money fell due?
In Oman each right lapses one year after the day it fell due (Art. 9). A dismissed worker has 30 days from being told (Art. 10).
Why does Bahrain ask if my employer ended the contract?
In Bahrain a claim for compensation after termination must be filed within 30 days (Art. 135). Other claims have one year (Art. 136).
Does filing stop the clock?
In Qatar, filing with the Ministry pauses the one-year clock (Art. 115 bis). In other countries, treat the date as final and file before it.
What if my employer denies the claim in Kuwait?
In Kuwait the one-year limit applies where your employer denies the claim (Art. 144). File early and keep your contract and payslips.
