Questions
- Which day do I enter?
- Enter the day your job ended. In Kuwait, enter the day your monthly salary was due.
- Why does Kuwait ask for a salary day?
- In Kuwait the law sets a date for monthly wages (Art. 56). For final pay at the end of the contract, ask the PAM labour relations unit when yours is due.
- Does how my job ended change the date?
- Yes in some countries. In Saudi Arabia you wait one week more if you ended the contract (Art. 88). In Oman the extra week is for leaving without notice (Art. 91).
- Is the late pay compensation exact in Bahrain?
- No. In Bahrain the rate is set by law (Art. 40), but the law does not say how it turns into days. Treat the sum as a guide.
- Does this show what I am owed?
- No. It shows dates and the next step. Use the settlement checker on eosbcalculator.com to check the amount.
- Do you keep my dates?
- No. The dates are worked out in your browser and nothing is sent to us. The page address holds the country and dates so you can reopen the result.
