Questions
- Do you keep what I type?
- No. The figures are worked out in your browser and nothing is sent to us. The page address holds your dates and choices so you can reopen the plan. Your pay stays out of it.
- Why do some steps have no date?
- Some time limits count from a different day, such as the day your visa is cancelled. Where the plan has no set day for a step, the step tells you who to ask.
- How exact is the end of service figure?
- It follows the formula in the law for the pay you enter. Your contract, allowances and any lawful deductions can change it. Check the final number with your employer before you sign.
- What if a date has already passed?
- The plan says so plainly. A missed date does not always end a claim, so read the complaint step for your country.
